Door een zeer uitgekiend systeem van drukontlasting blijft de lichtboog beperkt tot het compartiment waar hij is ontstaan en propageert hij zich niet naar de operator of naar andere compartimenten.<\/p>\n<p>Een kortsluiting of een ander defect kan een interne lichtboog veroorzaken. Als er in een klassieke MS-cel een lichtboog ontstaat, kan dit een zware beschadiging aan de installatie opleveren, waarbij de operator zelfs letsels en elektrocutie kan oplopen. Met ingebouwde arc-killers wil SGC zijn gebruikers en operators beschermen.<\/p>\n<p>De<strong> antiboogkit van DF-2 cellen <\/strong>is speciaal ontworpen om de<strong> gevolgen van een interne lichtboog tot een minimum te beperken<\/strong>.
