De container zelf is ontworpen voor gebruik in uitdagende omgevingen en is volledig weerbestendig, waterdicht en geschikt voor extreme temperaturen. Dankzij het gestandaardiseerde containerformaat is transport via weg of zee eenvoudig, wat de inzetbaarheid wereldwijd sterk vergroot.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1149\" data-end=\"1679\">De <strong data-start=\"1152\" data-end=\"1175\">CX-2 powercontainer<\/strong> is ideaal voor toepassingen zoals industri\u00eble installaties, tijdelijke energievoorziening, mijnsites, noodoplossingen en de uitbreiding of vervanging van bestaande infrastructuur. Zo ontwikkelden wij het CX-2 concept. Een vooraf ge\u00efnstalleerde middenspanningsoplossing in een container, OP MAAT van de behoeften van de klant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Project?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.switchgearcompany.eu\/medium-voltage-switchgear\/df-2\/\">DF-2<\/a>\u00a0middenspanningsbord van\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.switchgearcompany.eu\/\">SGC<\/a>\u00a0en distributietransformatoren van\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cotrabel.com\/\">Cotrabel<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Voor de installatie van het middenspanningsbord werden twee containers voorzien. E\u00e9n container van 40 voet voor de beveiligingscellen en \u00e9\u00e9n van 20 voet voor de randapparatuur. Het betreft eenmalig gebruikte zeecontainers die voor dit project herwerkt zijn tot onderstation. Zo werden er deuren en verlichting in de containers geplaatst en isolatieplaten aan de zijwanden aangebracht. De containers zijn in het wit omdat dit het best het zonlicht weerkaatst en ook de koeling van de containers is ontworpen om effici\u00ebnt te zijn bij een omgeving tot 50 graden. Na de installatie van de middenspanningscellen gaan de containers op transport.
