D’intensives recherches ont démontré que le design des tableaux moyenne tension de SGC – SwitchGear Company résulte en une durée de vie extrêmement longue en conditions réelles et dans des conditions environnementales sévères.
Là où les normes CEI prescrivent des essais dans des conditions de laboratoire, SGC va toujours plus loin en essayant les cellules à de plus hautes températures, avec des variations de température plus importantes et avec des degrés d’humidité supérieurs. Ceci en corrélation avec notre monitoring de cabine qui mesure les facteurs d’environnement réels et veille à plus de fiabilité.
Indépendamment du choix du matériel de coupure et des facteurs environnementaux, un accident ou un défaut n’est toutefois jamais exclu, mais grâce à l’utilisation de notre limiteur d’arc interne (Arc Killer), l’impact d’un tel défaut peut être drastiquement limité et la sécurité de l’opérateur reste garantie.

Hier après-midi, les élèves de 4eme année de l’Ecole Communale de Nevele ont visité notre site moyenne tension à Nevele. Après une courte présentation et un jeu de questions réponses, les élèves ont pu, par l’intermédiaire de jeux scientifiques tels que le jeu de parcours électrique, les sphères de Tesla et autres, apprendre de manière ludique les rudiments de l’électricité. Après une courte pause, les élèves ont visité le musée de la moyenne tension et le hall de production de SGC.

SGC – SwitchGear Company, the Belgian medium voltage switchgear specialist identifies its RMU ring main unit medium voltage cubicles using 34 UHF read/write heads from Turck.

Le jeudi 23 février, l’institut technique libre (VTI) de Tielt a visité les entreprises Deba, Mevoco et SGC-SwitchGear Company.

Après une présentation générale de nos entreprises, actives dans le secteur de la moyenne tension et une visite de notre musée dans le Centre de Compétence Moyenne Tension de Nevele, les étudiants ont pu se plonger dans l’activité de notre division tôlerie et du hall de production de SGC-SwitchGear Company.

Depuis peu, un convoyeur à rouleaux gravitationnel (2 x 15 m), équipé de portes coupe feu, a été installé entre SGC - SwitchGear Company et la société d’installation Deba. Ce double convoyeur à rouleaux non consommateur d’énergie et écologique offre la place à 22 europalettes.

Cet investissement permet une excellence opérationnelle et cadre avec notre vision de la culture de production rationnelle. Seul le magasinier de SGC décide du moment de la livraison et seul SGC est habilité à ouvrir le portail. Plus aucune personne de Deba n’est de ce fait plus nécessaire dans ce processus.
