Production Manager, RMU
SGC – SwitchGear Company specializes in the manufacture of medium-voltage switchgear from 3 to 36 kV. Our team works hard every day to win over customers worldwide with our product. SGC is a global player where safety and quality are of the utmost importance.
Are you our new production manager?
As the RMU Production Manager, you ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our RMU production. You combine people management, production management, and change management, and guide your team in making further improvements.
What will you do?
We are looking for a hands-on production leader with technical expertise and a sense of responsibility.
Knowledge and experience?
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience;
- You have management experience in a technical manufacturing environment;
- You excel at managing people and take ownership;
- You think in terms of solutions and see opportunities for improvement;
- You work in a structured and results-oriented manner;
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and professionally in English.

- You have a positive attitude and are eager to fly in.
