Are you our new marketing assistant?
Are you a passionate digital marketer and want to broaden your graphics skills and gain Marketing experience?
What will you do?
We are already looking forward to an enthusiastic colleague to give our existing flyers a fresh look, participate in social media planning and elaboration, content marketing (write copy for on the website), make adjustments to our websites (wordpress) and finally be a nice smile within the Marketing team who is willing to learn a lot and bring new ideas.
It’s a real challenge, because as an Assistant Marketing, you will work on the Marketing for all 15 companies under the holding company of The Veer. Each company is different, so you can immediately gain a lot of experience for different companies active within various sectors (the main ones: electrical, interior and metalworking).

Profile?
We are looking for a hands-on digital marketing enthusiast to join our team!
With your experience in the Adobe package, you are a direct asset to your colleagues.
You can express yourself fluently in Dutch. Even better would be to be able to do your plan in French and English as well.

Marketing Manager

Are you our new marketing manager?
As Marketing Manager, you will build the growth of our internal clients with your marketing team. In this position, you will manage a network of websites and social media channels.
What will you do?
Specifically, your duties consist of the following:
- General marketing strategy through projects that you manage and direct yourself.
- Website content management: You will manage the portfolio of websites and drive the overall content strategy. You also edit and optimize existing content. You fully develop new online campaigns.
- Campaigns for leads: Your focus will be on managing online campaigns that provide quality B2B and B2C leads.
- Social media: You will manage a number of social media channels with unique and innovative campaigns.
- Trade shows: you will work out a concept and do the negotiations with the booth builder. You follow up everything in detail until the completion date.
- Employer Branding: together with the HR team you will work out campaigns in the context of recruitment but you will help think about internal activities/campaigns.
As such, you will work closely with the CEO, HR and Marketing Assistant who enjoy “ping-ponging” with you both literally and figuratively.
Profile?
- You have a bachelor’s/master’s degree in marketing, communications, IT or can present equivalent experience. Are you a recent graduate? Starting as an all-round junior with a pronounced preference for digital is also possible! Then check out our Marketing Assistant vacancy.
- You are a born motivator for your marketing team which currently consists of 2 people.
- You have a passion for online marketing, business development and online innovation.
- You have a good technical knowledge of marketing tools and software such as: Google Analytics, SEO, SEA, Adobe, content marketing, social media and email marketing.
- Your environment describes you as creative, eager to learn, innovative and you are always keeping up with the latest trends and developments.
- You can communicate fluently in Dutch/English and draw your plan in French.
- You have strategic insight and with your positive vibe you know how to inspire internal clients and business partners along with your story.

Production Assistant

Are you our new production assistant?
Do you like to roll up your sleeves and are always eager to learn new knowledge.
We like to have a work hard play hard mentality, so with us you can count on fun activities besides work.
Thus, there is always a fun team atmosphere.
What will you do?
- Together with the production manager, you will ensure optimal production at SGC nv. You will support the production manager in all day-to-day and administrative tasks within our international production environment. You will be responsible for monitoring the production process within our internal ERP package. To do this, you will ensure, among other things, that all product and item sheets are filled out correctly and for efficient production planning.You will make the planning and work assignments for the employees in production.
Knowledge and experience?
- You preferably enjoyed a bachelor’s or master’s degree within a technical specialization or you can present a first work experience within a technical production environment.
- You are strong in planning and enjoy rolling up your own sleeves.
- You have an eye for improvement and enjoy working in a solution-oriented way.
- You are communicative and can express yourself fluently in Dutch, English and French.
- You are comfortable with the most current computer programs and are willing to learn our internal ERP package.
